Bookings and confirmation

When you complete your payment you receive a voucher by email with your booking code and a link (QR code) to manage your reservation. The booking is confirmed once the payment is confirmed.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) per person, adult or child, on each excursion page. The total to pay is shown before you confirm payment.

Ages and fares

Child fare: children aged 3 to 13 who are up to 1.50 m (4 ft 11 in) tall. From age 14, or if the child is taller than 1.50 m, the adult fare applies. The minimum age to take part is 3 years. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. We may ask for an ID to verify a child's age; if the age cannot be verified, the adult fare will apply.

Pickup

Pickup is at the hotel you selected, at the time assigned to your reservation. The room number is required to coordinate the pickup. Please be ready at the pickup point at the indicated time.

Date changes

You can change your excursion date yourself from your voucher page (QR link) when the excursion is more than 7 days away. For last-minute changes, please contact us.

Cancellation policy

• Cancelling more than 48 hours before the excursion: full refund (100%).
• Cancelling between 48 and 24 hours before the excursion: 50% refund.
• Cancelling less than 24 hours before the excursion: no refund (treated as a no-show).

Times are measured from 00:00 (midnight, America/Cancun time) on the day of the excursion.

No-show

If you are not at the pickup point at the assigned time, it is treated as a no-show and no refund applies.

Changes by the operator

For weather or safety reasons, an excursion may be rescheduled or cancelled; in that case you may choose a new date or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
